The Border Patrol's newest future agent...

Some of you may know that my brother, Jason, has been waiting for quite a while for a call from the Border Patrol with his location assignment (and the start date of his training).

Well, he got the call today and he is assigned to Rio Grande City, Texas. He is excited and will report to the academy in New Mexico in a couple of weeks!

Yay Jason!!

The reports were all good today!

My numbers came back normal and I am still cancer-free!

Did you miss me? I certainly haven't been too good at providing updates, photos, or otherwise notable material here lately. I guess I have just been somewhere else.

I am currently sitting in the waiting room at MD Anderson, awaiting a regular check-up. It has been nearly a year-and-a-half since I finished chemo and I am currently coming for checkups every 4 months.

I have had blood drawn (ouch) and will see my doctor today. I will not have to have any scans this time around, so it should be pretty simple.

I will update you later on today on my results!
